Information is shared on the blog with the intention of de-mystifying the connection with Spirit, sharing practical tips for wellness, and personal thoughts based on 13+ years of experience working with Spirit. It is the intention of the blog to be both sincere and helpful (and to occasionally support a growing kombucha habit).
